Company does not back employee's
Company continues to make the job as hard as possible and does not want to make tenant's follow simple community guidelines.
You are only able to work up to 5 hours a night, 5 nights a week.

The company support and benefits are great. They do try and train you but you're on your own since it's a remote job. You need to be a self starter and ok working alone.
Cons
The product is not worth it. You have to rely on bad part time employees to do a quality job which is picking up trash. It's hard to find someone to take that job who could work somewhere else for the same pay. You are always fixing problems but the solution isn't good enough all you can do is replace or retrain the valets. When residents screw up it's still our fault.
The peoe who oversee operations are stretched thin and can't fix anything.
I've also been through 3 mass firings in 2 years. The company is always letting people go to cut costs.
