Pros

The employees under management are good people and work hard despite the continued pressure and workload being forced upon them by management.

Cons

Continual changes and restructuring within the company has led to multiple rounds of layoffs resulting in workloads that are impossible to keep up with. Overtime is not allowed so employees are working additional hours unpaid just to keep from drowning. Sales team is being tasked with sales demands that conflict each other, making bonuses hard to meet. They don't provide adequate training on sales platforms either. When management makes a mistake, they will utilize HR to shift blame on the employee regardless of how long an employee has been with the company or how spotless their record is.

Great opportunities for career advancement and personal growth. Management is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in employee success. The company is financially strong and provides a stable work environment with opportunities to learn new skills. Team members work well together, and there is a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Cons

There are several different platforms used throughout the organization and consolidating them would improve efficiency and simplify daily workflows.
