      Pros

      People that I worked with were nice, great atmosphere, unlimited coffee,Bank was always clean, great events, great benefits for full time workers.

      Cons

      Low pay, difficult to grow with the company, very old banking system, Bank was slow..boring most of the time.

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
