      The only pro for me was the new opportunity.

      Under valued, underpaid, unprofessional, Human Resources lack of response, upper management lack of communication. Not giving the tools necessary to achieve expected results

      Not one thing is good. Do not work here

      Cons

      Retail is a nightmare. Senior Management is clueless. Lots of older managers being “laid off” due to position being eliminated. But positions not eliminated.
