Bank is run by management who love to gossip about other associates within the corporation. Sales expectations is a domino effect from the people in hq down to management from the branches. Meaning they expect you to make sales by bullying you. The corporation itself is going way to fast that they haven’t focused on the internal problems they had and still have.
