Complete lack of communication, objectives, resources, training and safety It's a headless organization led by impulses and no planning beyond fulfilling the current orders. There's two kinds of people who work here. Those who are planning to quit and those who don't know that better places exist. My first day on the job I was shown my desk and that was the entirety of my training
