Pros
Benefits and pto keep me there. They will hire you right out of college and pay for you to study for your licenses
Cons
Too focused on metrics. Little room for advancement unless you are the chosen one. Few team leaders actually know job. They are stuck in meetings most of the day. Don't believe everything hr tells you. This is an entry level phone job and they need people to fill the seats due to high turn over.
