Incompetent Internship Program Leaders - Anonymous employee Vanguard Employee Review

The leaders of the internship program will do anything they can to find criticism to give the interns. The idea of positive feedback was completely lost on them. There was also zero process in place for the actual managers of interns to give their intern a performance review. The leaders of the internship program were petty and completely wrong to be overseeing college interns. Hiring two completely out of touch parents makes no sense. Internship is marketed as an opportunity for a full-time role in the rotational program, but in reality most offers were for phone roles.
