401k and partnership, over a month of paid time to pass exams, significant training, peers are very friendly. That's about it
Cons
Micromanagement (EVERYTHING is calculated in seconds or dollars that can be saved), career progression is interview based rather than merit based, low salary for the type of talent vanguard hires (but decent to good salary if you look at it as a call center job)
