Pros
The 401k match and vacation time are great. The people who work there are generally nice, although most of them are quite repulsive and sleazy. Job security is great.
Cons
You are treated like a child and are expected to act like a child. If you act like a grown up and think independently, you will immediately be outcast. Baking cookies and being the first to volunteer for team arts and crafts should not make you qualified to manage a team at Vanguard...but somehow time after time it does...
