Pros

Lots of PTO immediately Friendly work environment, don't feel like your job is on the line everyday One of the only companies I've worked for who says client is #1 and means it Good training Average benefits

Cons

As I said it all comes down to pay. You put up with frustrations at any job, but receiving reasonable pay can make a big difference in your satisfaction. They say its competitive, its not. On average it is probably 10-15% below industry average. In some positions it can be as much as 40% below average if bonuses are included. Everyone says the benefits make up for low pay. I guess they don't know what benefits are like at other companies. It used to be on par with Fortune 500 companies. Now, it's slightly below average.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
