Pros

Many opportunities and short time in job for many positions It's a big name in the industry They pay for your licensing exams They train you to be successful at the position A lot of good people to work with some users here as well

Cons

Culture is awful Supervisors change constantly (I had four supervisors in one year at the same position) which is terrible for the employee because those supervisors are supposed to help your career path. They're incredibly cheap (served us moldy sandwiches two years in a row to celebrate Partnership Day - the day they announce our bonuses) Management seems to reward those who suck up to them while disrespecting teammates. There are many here who are users.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
