Look elsewhere if you want to move up - Client Relationship Consultant Vanguard Employee Review

STAGNATION. If you wanna move up in this company, you better be ready to kiss up to the right people. This company is largely run by younger managers, who frankly have not a clue what they are doing. Pushing personal advisory services is the CEOs vision, and pushing it down clients throats is Vanguards only concern. Been here a couple years, and even in my time here Vanguard has strayed so far from the creator (John Bogle) vision, that the company is in my opinion going downhill, fast.
