Pros

- Great Benefits (PTO, Insurance, educational advances, etc) - Very fun people to work with, great training programs

Cons

- The job was not what they made it sound like in the interview process. It was mostly resetting passwords and helping clients get two factor authentication instead of having in depth conversations about investing strategies like marketed. - Even though the PTO was great, it was still hard to be approved to take it. - It was constantly busy, and metrics were highly stressed. - It never felt like anyone needed a degree to do this job, plus the salary is underpaid compared to others in the industry. All you needed to know is how to change someones password online. - You can't take your work home with you which is great however the hours are long and it was hard to feel motivated when getting home after dark.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
