Good company, terrible direct leader - Portfolio Investment Analyst Vanguard Employee Review

- Longstanding issues with terrible direct leader management. Raised multiple times over years but never handled properly. Incompetent, lack of knowledge of the industry, lack of care on anything impacting the team, and incredibly argumentative and defensive. This was very opposite to every other leader in ops and a shame as the company as a whole is good, and I found a very good role models in other leaders. Wish the issues the team had raised were taken more seriously as long pent up frustration led to me needing to leave.
