Vanguard pushes employees to that brink of quitting - Retirement Plan Specialist Vanguard Employee Review

Instead of improving and moving in the right direction, we are crumbling as a company. Issues with anything and everything, constant errors-for both customers and employees. It is awful being on the front line experiencing all the problems. It is tolling to take the heat from customers (who are understandably upset) for problems being caused elsewhere-SO many errors. Errors of course happen, but not every day like it consistently has been. Why? Part of the reason is because vanguard is compromising the training programs, pushing people forward without the complete proper training. Why else? TECHNOLOGY. Vanguard has the worst and if we spent that much money for what was created? BOOOOOOOOO. After many years of working for Vanguard, I am so sad to see what it’s come to- between the non stop issues vanguard puts on our plate and how they CONTINUE to burnout their employees(MANDATORY OVERTIME AND CUT LUNCHES because employees have no say about this)- I won’t recommend this place to anyone because frankly-it sucks.
