Pros

They’re really good at getting you through licensing. Benefits are relatively cheap.

Cons

Work/life balance Salary Year end merit increases did not cover inflation Delaying company wide pulse check survey from February 2022 to August 2022 after announcing Return to Office date in March 2022. The survey will also be after the partnership bonus payout. Work load increased exponentially during COVID and when it was expressed that we needed help and more headcount, we were gaslit told that everyone in compliance was struggling with workload. Requiring crew members/employees to go back into the office. There is a MASSIVE disconnect between Senior Management and the actual crew members/employees who make the company run. Way too many “Yes men” in management positions. There’s a huge pay discrepancy between the lifers and millennials. Doing the same, exact job as other people who are getting paid $30k-$60k more than you is demoralizing and harmful.
