People are professional and helpful. Most employees are bought into Vanguard’s mission that Jack Bogle set forth and have client’s best interest at heart.
Cons
- Climate has changed very drastically and the current CEO leadership leans towards authoritarian and “paternalistic” - Seeks “feedback” and “honest opinions” for “Return to Office” but they don’t want to hear it. They get annoyed when employees utilize existing channels (few and far between) to voice concerns - Compensation not competitive and is lower than market average. Yet leadership believes that employees are unhappy with pay because “they don’t understand their compensation package” - deviating from mission of standing for all investors.
