Pros
good benefits - doesn't make up for the low salary though
Cons
There was a lot hidden as to what the role would be like when first starting at Vanguard. They were very focused on us passing the Series 7 and then once we did and (they thought) we were "locked in" the true role came out. It is just continuous incoming calls all day. You are rated on how long you're off the phone, when you're on the phone, when you're on break, when you take lunch. everything is tracked through their computer system. you feel like you're in jail. the overwhelming amount of calls is draining and there are so many topics the call could be about that there's such a big chance you won't know what the answer is and have to scramble to find it. it's very stressful and quitting was the best decision of my life
