Pros
Good benefits, good hours, great location right near a freeway. Covered parking for many departments. On-site cafeteria. Many friendly and helpful co-workers.
Cons
Team leaders are generally fresh out of college and don't know anything about what their workers actually do. Micromanaging is common. This company does not reward industry knowledge or thoughtfulness. if you are a phone rep, you have only 90 seconds to conduct a phone call, then they want you to take the next call immediately. Also, they let older workers (over 55) go in droves, if they can't find an excuse to fire them, the management makes it so unpleasant for them to work there, the older workers resign.
