Pros

If you have a family the benefits, PTO, and clock in clock out culture makes it easy to focus on your family and not have to think about work outside of you normal hours.

Cons

If you don't have a family and you're looking to actually progress your career, stay away. As someone new to the workforce, I was expecting to be working in finance/investments for one of the largest investment management firms in the world. The recruiting team is great at pushing that fact and giving you little information about the actual work you will be doing on a daily basis (bravo to them). Most people at the company are basically just call center workers. Most of the job is changing passwords and teaching people how to get online. The company has been pushing their new offerings and wants the employees to sell them without being paid to sell the, giving everyone little incentive, and acting like what we are doing isn't sales. Other then the actual job, which no one really tells you what you're doing until you hit the floor, the management is really terrible. There are definitely some managers that are passionate and like to build up their teams but those are few and far between. There are lists of issues that most employees have and are known by the entire company. As other companies have started to become more competitive on a cost savings basis, the company has clearly started to worry. In order to stay the cheapest instead of being realistic with the clients, the company just takes from their employees. This is at any cost. It has made for an unenthused workforce and is probably why there is such an issue with attrition.
