Pros

partnership. partnership? partnership. did someone say, partnership? Sorry, that's all I could think of. Oh, and 20 days off a year for your literal sanity.

Cons

everything else. Literally everything. No room for growth unless you know the right people. People discouraged from even applying for promotions. People getting promoted that are not qualified. Game is rigged: manager will not endorse you, then you will never get promoted. Was tricked into resigning by going to a "meeting" with HR, made to write a one-line resignation letter, and escorted from the building as though I were a threat. The job itself? Get used to hearing how your "Guidance" was advice, how you missed one digit on a phone number, and thats a "Defect", and how your interpersonal skills are more important than the actual job you do. Doesn't that sound like a great place to work?!?! OH yeah! They give you a signing bonus for moving, fly you out for interviews, then you find out they're the cheapest, most conservative company in the history of finance. I don't think Heaven's work environment would be this conservative. Dont. Do. It.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
