Monotony doesn’t exist, no two days are the same.
Cons
Most teams are stretched too thin, we’ve done two rounds of funding and the hiring doesn’t seem to be alleviating anything. “We’re investing this in you” turned into lackluster merit increases and new hire salary compression while touting “we’ve barely spent any $$$ from the last round”
