New challenges emerge every day, but Vantage remains a nimble and decisive organization. For a company operating at scale, the culture of collaboration driven towards conclusion and results is a market differentiator. From a personal growth standpoint, the mix of career and skills advancement opportunities coupled with proactive investment in employee individual and culture development has made me a more capable professional.

Cons

The pace of play can be a challenge. Also, collaborative cultures takes a willingness to navigate personalities that won't always agree, so resilience to not always getting your way is a learning curve.

Overall, Vantage is a really good place to work, especially if you want to be part of a company that’s growing quickly and doing meaningful work in the data center space. The projects are interesting and impactful, and there’s a lot of opportunity to learn and grow. The people are probably the best part. Most teams are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely want to help each other succeed. Compensation and benefits are solid, and the company is in a strong position within the industry.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, things can feel a bit hectic at times. Priorities can shift, and it can take some effort to keep everything aligned. Depending on the team and workload, work-life balance can fluctuate during busier periods. There can also be some inconsistency in how processes or expectations are handled across different teams, which can be frustrating at times.
