I’ve really enjoyed my experience working here. The culture is amazing positive, supportive, and fun while still maintaining a high standard of accountability for personal performance and results. Leadership genuinely cares about the team and creates an environment where people feel valued, challenged, and motivated to do their best. The training and development opportunities have been outstanding. I’ve learned so much through hands-on coaching, ongoing support, and clear expectations that have helped me grow both professionally and personally. There is a strong focus on sales development, and the tools and guidance provided have helped me build confidence and improve my skills. What stands out most is the team environment. Everyone works together, supports one another, and celebrates wins as a group. It’s a place where you can have fun, grow, and be pushed to reach your potential. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had here and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a place with great leadership, genuine care, and room to grow.

One small downside for me has been the dress code. I completely understand and respect the professionalism it helps maintain, but I do wish there were a little more flexibility to show more of my personality and style that brings confidence while still keeping with the company’s standards.
