Constantly cutting back at expense of employees - Anonymous employee Varsity Spirit Employee Review

Holidays used to be fantastic, until they took half of them away. PTO used to be alright, they cut that too. Refuse to listen to feedback on departments that do not wish to return to office. "Merit raises" are a joke. I've had my pay cut so many times, its depressing to count. And this is coming from a top performer. They do not reward hard work here.
