Business Outlook
Pros
Upper management is highly involved in branch operations. Lots of internal company support if you look for it. Company culture and performance has drastically improved since breaking away from GE and Baker.
Cons
Some legacy BH and GE employees whine about the higher levels of accountability and reduction in entitlements but the best coworkers have adapted to the mindset and are great to work with.
