Pros

Great atmosphere, and you work with some intelligent and understanding people

Cons

Not much to say here other than, they can be more informative of what they offer to new comers, like waivers for travel and stuff like that

Pros

Good benefits compared to the rest of the industry

Cons

Company morale is suffering compared to previous years and lots of cut backs for different things. But of course, people here do not want to admit it out loud. However, not going to lie this is already evident by the lack of “fun posts” on their socials to show off how the company is doing to the public compared to roughly 2 years ago. Company stock also slashed in half for a reason as well. Too much “just do this and that” and less thinking as to how to get the product towards the finish line especially under the current administration. Not a lot of thinking into processes either. The company is mostly ran with young professionals so there is a lot of work needed to be done if they were to finish this vaccine race. Nepotism… a REALLY big one, is really favored in this company as well. I personally know a couple of director-level staff members, managers, and C-Suite levels who would hire either their own family members/spouses/daughters/sons/etc as interns or contractors to FTEs. This would also include taking them from previous companies as well if they worked with each other before. Although it’s a good for them in the job market, I can’t imagine how it would feel like for other applicants applying especially when there are better, more deserving talent out there. If you’re going to especially hire family members into the company, maybe don’t make it obvious and private your social life… or maybe, this is part of the reason the company is falling behind
