Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that our team is the best and we support them with the best benefits and a welcoming and supportive work culture. In the past we have had to reprioritize our product line – which led to reorganization. These decisions were not made lightly, and we acknowledge the impact. Immigration and interns are not a cost-savings for any company. We support the tremendous value that having a diverse team brings – which includes hiring foreign nationals. This summer, we hosted 27 interns – this is a yearly tradition enjoyed by- and benefiting not only the interns but our team. While we are a “startup,” we do have policies – one of which is a no-family hiring policy. This policy was put into place to ensure no one experiences nepotism or favoritism.
