      Lot of employee turnover so you get good exposure to work at lower levels.

      Cons

      Low pay, false narratives for career growth, high employee turnover (almost half the commercial team left within the last year), no organization, and political culture (passive aggressive middle management).

      -Good community -No firm sales goals -Referrals bring extra pay -Benefits start immediately -Plenty of time for training

      Cons

      -Pay is low -No compensation for commute -Punished for using sick days -Some benefits plans suck -Diversity committee entirely for show
