      Training is good and also working environment, collegues were supportive

      Cons

      For fresher's basic pay is very less.. Appraisal also for employees won't be on time.. U have to wait for more than 3 month. Not even government holidays..

      Great coworkers, fair pay, interesting commission model for people working in operations.

      Small departments so the role requires wearing lots of hats sometimes. I like it, but it can be a lot.
