If you have skills this is not the company, you are looking for. If you don't have any skills but you know how to sweet talk to the management then this is the company that suites you right. To become a manager in this company you don't need to work hard, you just need to spend the weekend with the Management and manager and buy them drinks is all that you must do. If you are a friend of Management, then you will become the manager if you are the friend of manager then you will become the team lead this is the most important rule in this company. The people with no knowledge about their domain is the manager and team lead in this company. If you talk against them or if you raise incident against these corruptions the Management will torture you until you relive your job. Even while leaving the job the HR won’t let you go easily, they will do their part of torture. The Management is self-centered and will not give any benefits to their employee. They made us sign a bond for 2 years, they didn’t even provided employee copy of the contract, the management doesn’t want their employee to get enlighten about the employee benefits, so that they can do all the illegal things to their employees. They constantly make their own rules and always change them according to their will. There are no projects in this company, instead of concentrating on getting a project they concentrate on monitoring the employee. The Team leads with no qualification to be in that position think that they are the God or something, these leads constantly harass their fellow employees both mentally and sexually. They use bad words, double meaning sexual talks, teasing, asking about our personal and scolding in front of all employees. Even if you go and complain about the harassment to HR department, they won't even care to act as they too are a part of this corrupted management. Vee technologies is the most unsecure company for woman employee. The management will only try to silence the complainer, make the complainers life hell so that others won’t complain. If a woman goes to HR to complain about the issues and harassment that she faced, they will not move the person that harassed her instead they move the woman who complained to another different domain and much more. If someone complain against the team lead, he will threaten them by saying that he won't give promotion to anyone. In this company one team’s employees are still not promoted and they are still in low profile. But the team leads of those employees had got more promotions, I would like to clarify something, a team leads responsibility is to make the employees under him to work and make them productive if the employees under him is not working well or performing poor then how the hell does the Team lead gets promoted??. There is also a team lead who just put his name in all project and make other employee to work his task and get credits for that. If people can get credits and get promoted for doing nothing, then why the hell should other employees work? They steal our work, our time and our health too. If the team leads are truly eligible for their position, I dare the management to conduct an assessment for all those team leads so that everyone can see what they are truly capable of. I have never heard of an IT company with worklog and also there is this thing - daily report, weekly report and monthly report for each employee and still there is no project for the employee. They will make us work for more than 12 hours a day. A project may take one month for completion, but the developers are forced to complete the project in one week with that pressure the employee as to work 24*7 to complete it. The management thinks their employees are orphans, Robots and not as humans. The management thinks that programming is like typewriting, hence they constantly change the developers’ domain, whether the developer like it or not he/she should work on the given domain. The Management is not qualified to run IT sector instead they can go and run a School, the management is like frog inside a well, they think well is the world. They don’t know that there is an ocean out there. The Management does not have any vision for the growth in IT sector, they have IT sector for name sake. For the people who want to join this company's IT sector make sure that you have skills like No Family, no personal life and willing to give up your health for the growth of this company expecting low salary with zero career growth. Most importantly you have to be a friend of the Management. I won’t recommend anyone to go for Vee Technologies, don’t waste your 2 years career like we did.
