      They have excellent working back office staff and the CEO is a gem of a person, but the onshore staff is not professional. Excellent CEO

      Great coworkers, fair pay, interesting commission model for people working in operations.

      Cons

      Small departments so the role requires wearing lots of hats sometimes. I like it, but it can be a lot.
