Pros
- Fully remote so flexibility to work from anywhere - Decent benefits & perks
Cons
- no work life balance - miscommunications and no proper training. If you are coming in as an associate or entry level with minimal experience then this will be a challenging and demanding role with little guidance - disorganization across the team/teams - no respect or value as an employee - the unlimited pto is where they get you. dont be fooled by it, I had many issues regarding taking a disability leave due to an unexpected illness and was taking calls even on my days off where I was not able to even work - when it came to asking questions and trying to learn, there was no real guidance and even when I had things to contribute, my thoughts were completely disregarded. - all in all this was not a great fit for me and I felt that I was in constant survival mode as did many other co workers I worked with - many were either let go or left the company during my short time here due to the stressful/unfair conditions
