Cons
Only some employees can work overtime, however the overtime is now a bit restricted when it combines with their unlimited PTO policy. Physical developer office space is changing and currently not ideal however developers can pretty much work wherever they want. Depending on your position, you may or may not be involved with the customers Salaries could be better as they typically meet expectations as opposed to beating expectations. A bit of internal group stove-piping going on Middle-management is developing which can be both bad & good.
