Cons
- Because the company has grown so quickly, there are often times when you are left to your own devices. This isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're motivated and look for opportunities to work. If you're not motivated to work, learn, or grow; this isn't the place for you.
- Communication can be difficult at times as the the lines are somwhat blurred on how tasks are disseminated. However, this also leads to a lot less red tape when trying to accomplish tasks.
