If you want to learn how to take a great culture and replace with fascism come to Velera...the perfect place where there is senior management (The Gods) and everyone else (The slaves) The Gods decide everything and you just follow the orders. Don't you dare question it...for you will be labeled troublemakers and assigned points. Once you cross a certain number of points, well game over for you. And yeah...even if management asks you to be open and sharing...that is not meant for slaves. So if a slave does end up speaking, expect retribution. Slaves are lego pieces...meant to be arranged and re-arranged any which way the Gods want. Just to pretend they care, every once in a while there will be a survey. But where do the survey recommendations go...in the black hole. Apt name for this new company is Cholera - Chaos for the new era
