      Cons

      Awful administration. Legal secretaries are overwhelmed and treated unfairly. Basically they are on their own. No support from Human Resources.

      The other attorneys and staff are great. The New York office was recently renovated and is amazing.

      Salaries are lower than the top firms, but work life balance is better.
