Very unclear communication from leadership - Anonymous employee Venmo Employee Review

Not much opportunity for those outside engineering- seems like most folks are getting laid off for their jobs to be outsourced. Many folks have left or been laid off recently and they aren't getting backfilled, leaving us with double or triple the work with no extra pay (& the pay is already bad).
