Thank you for your review. We're definitely happy knowing that you're continuing to enjoy our unique company culture and the perks we offer to our employees. That said, we also want to address the cons you've listed. We always want to support a positive employee experience through fair and competitive pay that's in line with our high expectations and regularly evaluate industry benchmarks on this measure to help make that happen, but there certainly can be times when we don't quite hit the mark. In these cases we encourage employees to get a conversation started with their supervisors to help make sure that we are striking as fair of a balance between reality and expectations as possible.
We also recognize that employee experience extends beyond compensation and into the recognition and growth that you also mentioned. While we pride ourselves on fulfilling our Leader Promise to "strive to promote from within" there can still be times where we can fall short here, as well. While there might be a bit of a wait to move up the ladder, our managers should always be looking at their teams before we look elsewhere when a position is open and they are trained on the importance of showing their teams appreciation at every turn.
