8yThanks for sharing your experiences on the team. I’m happy to hear that your time on the team has been as positive as it has! While setting office hours that balance employee and resident experience can be a challenge, we’ve found being opened for shortened hours on Sundays at most of our communities has allowed us to be accessible for residents and prospects who might not be able to make it in otherwise. Hopefully the addition of perks such as the volunteer day, birthdays off, and employee friendly holiday hours have helped mitigate this a bit. We also know pay plays a big factor in employee experience, and although we utilized industry benchmarks to offer fair and competitive salaries, we definitely encourage conversations on this topic with managers to make sure pay is a good match with individual employee responsibilities and qualifications, so please be sure to speak up if you feel we should look more closely at your specific circumstances.
