While we appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts here, I’m disappointed to hear that you had a number of negative takeaways towards the end of your time on the team. Whether an employee is walking into a community for their first day on the job or celebrating a ten year anniversary with us, our aim is for Core Values to shape their experience for the better. Providing employees with the resources and support they need by asking for their feedback, taking it to heart, and acting on it is a critical part of doing so. While initiatives like our Leadership Survey, Better Way program, and ongoing candid and open communication is intended to help in this effort, we understand we can still fall short from time to time, as it sounds like we have with you.
