Pros
Venture 3 Systems makes a great product that helps seniors stay connected with their family and friends. The company has a real family like feel to it and management has created an environment that has been both enjoyable and rewarding. College provided me with the basics I needed to thrive in a business environment, but the CEO and other management have taught me a great deal and helped me to develop skills that I barely new I had, prior to my tenure here. I was hired in an administrative role, but have since learned a lot in the way of sales, marketing, analytics, business development and even some coding. In the four short years I have worked here, my workload has never felt stale and I have been promoted 3 times. So I can contest to the potential of growing from an entry-level position. I am happiest in a work environment in which I am constantly feeling challenged and am learning something new. Venture 3 continues to provide me with me this environment. This is one of the few jobs I have had that I look forward to coming into daily. Venture 3 has provided me a career.
