      Pros

      Real hands-on opportunities for technical design, authority in making design decisions, very little politics among technical staff, no clock-in clock-out.

      Cons

      Changing clients, managers, systems for every project. Very challenging schedule for design projects, long OT is common. No fixed process/ systems or facilities maintained.
