      Pros

      Not too stress. Easy life. Good for fresh graduate. Good for experiences employee to show the skills.

      Cons

      Need to submit resignation to get higher salary. Most of Tech, Engineer and Manager not doing their job. To much Manager compare to Technician and Engineer.
