Pros
Profit sharing is good but with low monthly basic.
Cons
Top down management. Employee must follow manager instructions, however, most of the time the instructions were badly given. Management is a yes man, accept whatever user request for and let his limited staff work on all requests without helping as the management do not have technical background.
