      * Good company to work * company normally don’t fire the underperformer instead they chance to regrow again in other departments * Good profit sharing. * total annual salary is good.

      Cons

      * basic salary is little less ( because company give good bonus ) * Employees technical software skills can be increased by giving relevant softwares
