Good environment, but need to improve employee's salary package - Executive Venture Employee Review

Low basic salary for one of the top EMS provider in the world. Management changes are too frequent, causing confusion among employees. Upper management tend to only care about profit and themselves.. Discrimination between corporate ranking is real. Bigger benefit for upper management while least benefit for the "bottom" employee.. the lower your ranking, the least you get.. medical treatment is limited.. panel clinic only have few.. i love working here and the environment, but the salary package wont help me to pay my living expenses. that's why the turnover is so high..
