Pros
During initial period of 2000, large profit sharing & Share option which can compensate the lower salary scheme. Starting middle of 2000, change in HR which claim salary review to match market value, the profit sharing drop to very low and no more share option or restricted share option. Better be share holder than employee as the monetary value will be higher.
Cons
Tight control in running company, up to hiring of operators which required CEO approval. Depend largely on customer projects, so it's like no clear view of future projects.
