Not respect employees - Anonymous employee Venture Employee Review

HR people leave employees folder unattended at the front lobby. Tons of personal information are on /inside the folder. Management, including HR, do not respect you. They hire people they want or the resumes LOOK GOOD to them, ignore your request. They always hire specific races don't have experience and don't speak English for lower pay rate. Or they pay a lot to people have no computer skill to fill position that needs to use computer. The pay can be higher than people who have computer skills.
